We think we are healthier as long as we improvement or corrosion at the same rate as others around us. Normally harmful condition does not develop over night. Pathological development is always associated with alerts.

Our human is a wonderful machine. When something goes incorrect it alerts us beforehand. We need to pick up the alerts.

Each one has a exclusive chemistry as well as a exclusive metabolic rate. Therefore each individual has different healthy needs which rely upon his health background & lifestyle.

There is a difference between starvation and hunger. Hunger is the need for meals. But we have an hunger for certain meals only, without being actually starving.

Role of exercise in our lifestyle is also essential. With age our bodies become rigid. It is more out of dis-use than deterioration. The human demands a certain minimum action stage.
